Well that's me! I'm always talking with random people. Whenever I feel like it, I just walk to someone and chat them up about something that seems kinda interesting. I think this has helped me a lot on Steemit, actually hahaha. I can just comment on any post, even if I don't know what the hell they're talking about.

It's useful for meeting new people. Sometimes my friends get all nervous when trying new things, going to their first business meeting or interview or date. This is a skill that is worth practicing, since it gets you many many friens over time.
