I do a lot of meditation myself. I try to envision I am weightless in water, exhaling dirty negative energy and inhaling clean positive energy, in whatever color you associate with that, that day. After about 15 minutes, you have never been so calm. With practice, you won't fall asleep before you get there. ;P

totally true, just because it moves so fast, we may miss some importat thing in our life. One things we should bare in mind is always grateful. ^_^ That's what I thought.

The Buddhists call it the "monkey mind." Because it's always active, like a monkey – jumping around and running to and fro and swinging from branches.

On the other hand, we have "no mind," where the mind stops the incessant thinking, and simply exists and observes.

Then, it is at peace.
