Day 753 | Afternoon Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Friday was not the most spectacular day and all I really did was go on a good-sized afternoon walk. The goal for now is still to reach 62kg by the end of the month and this is still very much within reach.

Saturday I will be going home as usual and there will be something of a birthday party of my sister her husband. I'm also looking forward to playing more basket after watching the nextflix series 'the last dance' (I do think the series is somewhat overrated and overhyped though) and also to more puzzle fun in Baba is You.

I didn't get to the fasting day I was planning to but did intermittent fasting instead eating most food during a short time window of the day.
