Day 457 | Heat Wave

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

We are currently is something of a heat wave in Belgium which puts me off from being very active. So I will mostly be focussed on getting the intermittent fasting right making sure I drink enough water. These kind of weather changes always catch me off guard somehow and I'm really sensitive to them. WIth the yoga I'm quite used to the heat and I'm dealing with it a lot better compared to the past.
