Day 391 | Turning Things Around

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, work and my personal life...

Right now I'm at one of those times when I'm just not in it and am looking for ways to turn things around again. Good thing is that I know this current stage won't last that long. In the past, these periods could take months, but now it's mostly a matter of days before I just get back to everything. Something I did learn is that having a ertain routine how boring that might sound to most people really works for me (as long as it is changed up regularly). The change of going away for a week along with the weather that has turned quickly has put me in a stage where I have to adjust again. So next couple of days I will try to keep everything within the limits and get to it again once I'm ready and more motivated again...
