Day 1860 | Walk, Yoga, & Watching Football

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

While one of the goals on Saturday was to start a 2-Day fast, I didn't get to that eating some bread and cookies. I did however do another morning walk and join a hot yoga class so there is at least that. In the afternoon I took another nap with one eye watching the F1 qualif and in the evening I watched both Playoff 2 Football matches.

Today GoalsI will see if I can go on another walk in the morning and keep my eating as clean as possible.
