Day 1859 | Morning Walk & Lunchbreak Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Friday was an ok day starting off with my usual morning walk clearng my head followed by a Luchbreak 90-Minute hot yoga session and a nap in the afternoon. I didn't really eat clean again but plan to do some water fasting in the weekend.

Today GoalsThe plan is to do another morning walk, followed by some productivity making my usual previews on the football matches. I plan on eating a smoothie followed by 2 days of just drinking water. After that I'll join a hot yoga session, do an afternoon nap and watch the football matches in the evening to go to bed in time.
