Day 1531 | Tennis & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'm highly looking forward for the Football season to start again as this helps me get into a really steady routine. Now everything is kind of random as I'm watching quite some tennis during the day while also spending a lot of time playing Splinterlands. I did get back to doing 1 hour+ evening walks and I really do like those as they at least give me some activity. The plan is to also start incorperating some bench presses building up the weight over time from here on out.
