Day 1481 | Lunchbreak 60-Minute Yoga & 2-Hour+ Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Pretty much every day is quite nice right now while being in a steady routine and I have been scoring them a consistant 7 as there are no real highs or lows which is the way I personally like it. I'm also totally unaffected mentally by the recent crypto market Meltdown as it doesn't really make a difference in how I can live my life even though it is clearly delaying my goal to reach financial independance.

Anyway, I went to the 60 minute lunchbreak Friday hot yoga class which are always the hardest and will join another one of these on Saturday. In the early evening, I also went on a 2-hour+ walk. I didn't fully eat healthy but also didn't let mysef go or anything.
