Day 1477 | Morning Workout & Run + Evening Hot Yoga
Monday was the 6th consecutive day where I joined a hot yoga class with 19 more to go in the next 4 weeks to complete my challenge and I don't expect it to get difficult at any given point as I enjoy the classes and never really have to drag myself to them.
I also did a full body work-out increasing on my reps compared to the last time followed by a small 15 Minute morning run. I mainly feel the reps I did in my arms and have a lot more strenght to grow in them the next coming months.
- 2x70 Sec Plank
- 2x2x50 Sec Side-Plank
- 3x8 Push-Ups
- 3x12 Squats
- 3x8 Bench Press
- 3x3 Pull-ups
- 2x20 Knee-ups
I will try to increase on these as I do more of them. The next reps morning work out will be on Thursday. Today on Tuesday, I do plan to go on another short morning run and keep my eating clean.
