Day 1317 | Fixing Sleep Times
Crypto has kept me busy and up late at night this week with completely screwed my sleeping routine and not eating all that healthy also didn't help. I generally get in bed around 01:00 but am still very muc occupied with my laptop as I can't fall asleep. These days I'm also waking up quite late staying in bed until after 10:00. So this week, I'm planning to start fixing this slowly but surely switching these times again./p>
