Is Stupidity a Disease or Intelligence Really a Matter of Age?

Why do we want to know whether one is really Stupid? We want to know it because we all need to have an idea about the nature of human intelligence. In fact, we need to have a clear idea of how people are smarter than their fellows and what their intelligence level is. There may be cases where the intelligence level of a person differs from other people who are not similar in terms of the level of intelligence they possess. This happens especially when the people involved have different backgrounds, different cultures, different educational levels, and different intellectual abilities.

When it comes to the question of how intelligent people differ from each other, there are several theories that have been formulated. Some scientists have even gone as far as proposing the existence of the theory of IQ tests. The idea is that IQ tests can actually gauge your intellectual ability. This theory is very popular among some groups of scientists but there is no solid proof to support such a conclusion.

Intelligence also has been defined by some scholars who define it as the level of ability that is necessary for a person to learn or do something. In this particular definition, IQ tests can also be used to measure a person's intelligence level. However, there are many other ways in which one can assess the intelligence level of a person.

Intelligence can also be defined as the level of ability that you possess to perform the job that you have chosen. For example, a teacher who is considered to be an intelligent teacher could not be considered to have an exceptionally high intelligence level.

Intelligence is actually defined as the ability to learn. In a way, it is considered to be a skill that can be acquired. There is no doubt that intelligence can be increased if you know how to practice what you already know. If you know how to read and write well, you will be able to increase the level of your intelligence.

In addition, the brain work is divided into two parts; the logical part and the emotional part. There are times when people use their logic while at other times, they use their emotional skills. The logical part of the brain works to understand the things that happen around them. Thus, the logical part of the brain is actually better than the emotional part. This is where a lot of the problems arise when we try to explain to someone why they are unable to do something because they are unable to understand it because of its complexity.

There is also a misconception that intelligence is a matter of age. As you grow older, your brain gets more complicated but your intelligence still remains the same.


What people really mean by intelligence is that they want to know whether they are smarter than those people who are less intelligent than themselves. In other words, they want to know if they are smarter than people that they can talk to on a casual basis and they want to know whether they are smarter than people who have the same jobs that they have.
