It's nice to be nice
It's good to be good
It's better to be welcoming and
It's best to carry friends a long as you journey towards greatness, but don't do any or all of these at the expense of displeasing yourself.
Don't sell your joy for another man laughter. Life has thought me that living to please everyone is the easiest way to shorten your own life spam.

Trying to please everyone is costly, overwhelming and the end, deadly. Mr too nice always end too dry. People don't really like or care too much about you the way you think they do.
This is a mystery of life that I discovered the hard way. No one really want you to be greater than them, maybe your Dad and Mom though.
Don't make that mistake of giving out yourself to people that you forget you need to take yourself back. Price yourself with value and allow those that really know your worth have your time, but again not at the expense of your comfort.
Sure, they will criticize you, but the truth is; that can't reduce you if ignore them.
