The Dreadful Cycle Of Anger

I've been diving deep in a Facebook Group called Order Of Men. It's a pretty cool place for guys with real advice everywhere.

I was talking about anger inside and someone said this. It's an awesome little quote I feel:

I love the quote.

It gives a clear idea of how anger goes full circle and lets everyone know that there's no real winner if one should take a self-destructive path.
