First, we need you know whether future can be predicted or not. If answer is yes, how is this possible? Some events can be predicted precisely. We can predict the time of the sunrise, moon-rise, sunset, eclipses, tides, position of stars etc. because the speed of these objects and events can be calculated. We can calculate that a train speeding at 60 kilometer per hour speed will cover 60 kilometer distance in one hour. This is simple mathematics. There is no magic in it. Calculation of weather is very difficult because it involves calculation of a large volume of data. But, supercomputers have made it possible to predict the weather accurately. Man could reach moon because we could calculated the relative speed of the earth, moon and the spaceship accurately.

So, we can calculate the data related to an event or thing and predict the outcome of it, that will be effective in the future. However, human behavior is uncertain. I can definitely not say what will be the reaction of my girlfriend if she sees me with a beautiful girl. You are dating with your boss’s wife and he sees you. Definitely, you will lose your job or worse may also happen to you.

Fortunetellers are normally very cunning people. They are expert in human psychology. They can judge a person according to his/her appearance, body language and way of talking. Normally people want to know about their jobs, education, lovers, spouse, children, etc. They tell them about these things using their techniques. Many things they know about their client when he/she answers their questions.

Actually, they don’t know about people or their future. They are as ignorant about the future as a common man is. However, they know that what people like to hear and how they can be deal with. When a person comes to a fortuneteller, he forms an idea about the person using his techniques and then tell him/her things which may please him/her. If someone can tell you the location of a hidden treasure, can he not locate it himself and be rich? This is the reason that we need to fix appointment before meeting a fortuneteller because they don’t know anything about future our future. In fact, they know nothing about their own future.
