What happened to Captain Karl?

Collier County Florida is actively pursuing and imprisoning patriots and militia who are assisting with hurricane relief efforts.
Karl P. Koenigs, known to most as "Captain Karl", was ambushed and taken into custody by multiple police agencies. Karl is a veteran of the Battle of Bunkerville and Malheur and has been active in the Liberty Movement for decades. He has an entire section of a liberal PAC forum website committed to defaming and imprisoning him.
I believe some of the residents of Marco Island are implicit as my questions simply referring to when and how the situation unfolded were met with lies and censorship.
He has been given a $5000 cash bond for a TRAFFIC TICKET. It appears as if there is no RAS for the stop, like that is surprising.
I believe the area is hostile to patriots.
What happened to Karl? I think a handful of people can answer that. Karl likely does not know what brought on the ambush himself. Until he can contact one of us and let us know, we likely won't either.
