Hmm thats a good point... that sounds like a property vs parentship debate

Where does her right as a parent end and his right to his property/individualism (in this case his body/mind) begin

I would say she has parental responsibilities, and the right to exercise them as she believes best-- as long as she doesn't violate the kid's rights. You don't have any property rights to another person.

But, it is a difficult thing to work out to everyone's satisfaction.

This is why I wouldn't use force against her to make her stop dressing her son as a girl, even though I believe it would be harming him.

Now, if the kid begged for help from me, after begging his mom to stop dressing him as a girl, then I might step in with some force-- but it would be a touchy thing. A very difficult choice.
