Like Wu Tang Liberty is for the Children

[Originally published in The Voluntaryist, a poem by Joel Aigner; speech originally delivered to Liberty on the Rocks, Denver]

Hey there fellow human, let me ask you this…Do you happen to be a human that cares about the kids?

If so, ponder on this, what kind of future do they have

As we keep voting for the lesser of two evils, while in the back the public continues to get stabbed whether the blade is in the Left or Right hand it matters not

If we live in the land of the Thieves where they've been feeding us fake news, and alternative facts, 7 since the JFK assassination plot

We’re not taught how to connect dots by our federally mandated Prussian based education system
We’re taught how to equate obedience with morality, show up on time and how to feel like disempowered victims.

So let me share with you a vision, it simply starts with this, teach our kids what we’re already teaching them, as little kids.

Don’t hit, don’t steal, don’t lie, don’t murder and don't cheat, and don’t let others do it just because they happen to hold a seat, office, title, or wear a crown, uniform or other silly hat

Because Self-Ownership is Self-Ownership and it’s really about as simple as that. If you wouldn’t want it done to yourself, don’t do it to other people

To follow such a principal is truly how to make sure all of our rights are equal...So teach them the methods of the trivium and how to identify logical fallacies, red herrings and contradictions

To analyze a source, triangulate facts and separate them from fiction, let them be a source of friction for those that would be institutional, extortion funded, bullies...And bring cohesion and harmony to those that express the Golden Rule fully

Let the children integrate a principle of true non-aggression, not outsourcing their logic or morality to those that would issue commandments like Charlton Heston

So let’s learn our lessons as a race that’s human, and no longer let ourselves be conquered while divided. Whether it’s Black Lives Matter or Bundy Ranch, we all want a life that amounts to more than just surviving. So we must analyze the lies, realize the Master of Puppets on the opposing sides of the paradigms often are one and the same.

Let neither polarity of the Hegelian dialectic continue to play their game. You’re not a Slave, so please, stop clamoring to pick a master
Because thus far such a manifestation of Stockholm Syndrome has led to nothing but disaster.

So yes it does matter when the policies of mentally diseased politicians are enforced by police
With a mentality of Comply or Die, so please, let’s set the children free
