In life you don't need to always find faults but potentials people in every community and you don't need to always gives an excuses to your responsibility, if truly you want to be a Visionary leader and have power of individuality..

Mentoring is not about creating a dream of your own and make others look forward to it in everything, but helping them discover and live up to the real person they are meant to become in life even if they are facing a lot of difficulties now.

You need to do everything within your reach and also seek an assistance from individuals who are truly blessed and wonderful in order to move your community forward and let them have a straight believe in you even if it is difficult to please them all at the same time.

Make yourself available to every problems or challenges that your people have and provide a better solution to it and make them release that the challenges are solved without more concerned from them, because if you are truly a leader of problems solver.

Being a leader is an element of a giving situation and for you to be a leader then definably you must also born with because its only situation and proceed that normally make up a good leadership, so once you have those attribute then you can govern the whole world and make great impacts.

Finally, you need to do everything possible to get things done without the consent and believe of everyone, just do your things and make it not visible to every individuals and people who new about what you proceed will sure defend you whenever you call for community development service.
