Hi @almacaridad , Your explanation in case II is very correct! it is difficult for us to separate and adjudicate several cases of violence between gender-based and general crimes, the two types of violence are identical, because not always a case involving a woman/wife as a "victim" is gender-based, even though the case occurs in the home.

...I didn't read your explanation for the other two cases in this lesson... good luck guys..
