Thank you for establishing a convenient date of the hearing (20.11.17)

I would like to come prepared, therefore I have a few questions:

  • can I bring friends and / or “McKenzie friend” with me? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McKenzie_friend
  • can I record the audio and / or video of the hearing?
  • can I be on a call (via mobile / Skype / FaceTime / Google Hangouts) with a remote expert advisor?

If the answer to any of these is “it depends on circumstances” or “I need to apply for an exemption” please guide me through the process.
