Children Of Deadbeat Teenage Fathers Need Their Own Black Rage Defense In Patricide Cases
For more than a week, there have been protests and demonstrations taking place across the United States of America because of the murder of an African-American gentleman named George Floyd. At the same time, medical experts are concerned about how the lack of social distancing and the spread of coronavirus germs in these demonstrations are going to compound the COVID-19 pandemic. People want justice for the brutal murder of George Floyd, but the question remains as to what price they are willing to pay with their own health and the health of others to achieve that justice. It’s a turbulent situation for everyone involved.
After learning about the incident in which four police officers in Minneapolis, Minnesota overpowered Mr. Floyd and how one of the police officers murdered him, my understanding was reinforced on why the “Black Rage Defense” exists in certain cases that go before the criminal courts here in our nation. For those of you who do not know what the Black Rage Defense is here in the United States of America, Paul Harris thoroughly describes it in his online publication titled “The Black Rage Defense.”
When an African-American person has to deal with so many injustices because of his or her skin color, that individual can be pushed over the edge insofar as he or she is driven to rash behavior in which he or she would not normally engage. Therefore, it only makes sense that there is such a thing as a Black Rage Defense that their criminal defense lawyer can use in court to go as far as to get them acquitted of criminal charges involving violence that could be as serious as murder.
I myself am someone who is all in favor of our Federal government making reparations to the descendants of the African slaves here in the United States of America so that we as a society can move forward and finally mature beyond the racism and prejudice that has held us back as a nation for way too long. Moreover, if the German government provided reparations to the Jewish survivors of the Holocaust, it makes no sense that our nation has not done so to the descendants of the African slaves.
Most of you reading this Steemit article here of mine probably had not yet been born when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was fighting for the civil rights of African Americans throughout our nation back in the 1960s. His life tragically ended in 1968 when someone shot him dead. Reverend Jesse Jackson went through the horror of witnessing his assassination. Reverend Jackson has carried on Dr. King’s mission since then to put an end to the racial atrocities that have taken place in our nation for centuries.
A. A Deadbeat Teenage Father Is The Worst Kind Of Parent A Kid Can Have Next To An Abusive One
As I work up to the reasons that I believe that children of deadbeat teenage fathers should have their own Black Rage Defense in patricide cases, I am not mindless that certain individuals in our nation have been striving to perfect their teenage-pregnancy-prevention strategies. I have a handful of solutions to this problem, and more people need to pay mind to them. These are not pat solutions. They are the real deal, and they only remain to be put to use.
If you want to stop pubescent and adolescent girls as young as 11 and 12 years old from becoming pregnant here in our nation, you start by finding a way to implement gender-segregated education as described in this one article by Jason B Truth. Then you also convince your elected officials in the Federal government to pass a law that would draft deadbeat teenage fathers into the military on their eighteenth birthday as described in this one other article by Jason B Truth.
To protect the interest of the offspring who suffer the indignities of some deadbeat teenage father procreating them and then being a terrible parent to them, you convince your elected officials throughout the nation to pass laws that would prohibit parents from disinheriting their biological children under any circumstances as described in an article by Jason B Truth. What appears to happen often nowadays is that teenage boys will get a girl pregnant who may still be in middle school or barely starting high school, and then these punks do a disappearing act on her upon turning eighteen; and then one day the young girl they impregnated during her adolescence finds out that the punk who got her pregnant is living the high life somewhere with his wife and other kids. If that punk wants nothing to do with his love child merely because he wishes to put his youthful indiscretions behind him out of embarrassment, his love child could suffer some major emotional problems in the future.
I’ve read up on the topic of teenage pregnancy for quite some time now, and what the experts all seem to agree upon is that the child of a deadbeat teenage father may someday grow up to feel anger and rage from the abandonment that he or she has suffered from his or her father. It is outrageous that there are still state jurisdictions in our nation that legally brand these kids as illegitimate children. In other words, kids are actually bearing the needless burden of being shamed because of their deadbeat teenage fathers’ incapacity to behave like a decent human being.
Anyhow, the major injustice occurs after the deadbeat teenage father dies and he leaves absolutely nothing to his love child, and, yes, I still refer to adult men as deadbeat teenage fathers long after they have left their adolescence if they have failed to make reparations to the underage girl they have harmed and to the love child they have neglected from the time he or she was a baby and beyond. The stepmother will usually not share the estate with such a love child upon inheriting it, and she will only share it with her own offspring if anyone. If every state jurisdiction in our nation made it mandatory by law that every biological child be included in their parents’ last will and testament, then none of these children that deadbeat teenage fathers procreate would ever be wrongfully excluded from the distribution of estates again after their biological fathers die.
If you read my Steemit article titled “Could Deadbeat Teenage Fathers Be Worse Than Suspected Online Predators?”, you will notice that in one of the videos that I have embedded therein, YouTuber Maddie Lambert complains that her daughter, Everly, will someday grow up to hate her father, Isaac Frausto. If you don’t know who Maddie Lambert is, she is a 17-year-old YouTuber who became pregnant at the age of 13, and Isaac Frausto is her troublemaking baby daddy. After you read this same Steemit article of mine, you will likely agree that Everly will someday hate her father. Like so many other deadbeat teenage fathers, Isaac Frausto has misused his own daughter as a bargaining chip to get whatever he can out of Maddie Lambert now that she has become financially successful with her YouTube channel.
A situation that closely resembles that of Maddie Lambert’s situation with her baby daddy is the one between Bristol Palin and her baby daddy, Levi Johnston. You may even be surprised to know that the teen idol, Justin Bieber, was an offspring of a deadbeat teenage father, who conveniently decided to become a part of his life after he hit it big in the music entertainment industry. It became apparent that Justin Bieber’s father, Jeremy Bieber, did not have his oldest son’s best interest at heart, because he got him into trouble with the law after he conveniently decided to worm his way into his life after being absent from it throughout most of his childhood.
B. Children Of Deadbeat Teenage Fathers Often Have To Bottle Up Anger That Their Fathers Cause
If you are a loyal follower of mine here on Steemit, you may have noticed that, in some of my Steemit articles, I have referred to a deadbeat teenage father as the face of justifiable patricide. Fact has it that deadbeat teenage fathers are the most disgusting people on the planet. It would only be expected that their children would most likely grow up hating them and even wanting to go so far as to off them. For that reason, I believe that legislatures throughout our nation should create what is called a “Deadbeat Teenage Father’s Offspring Rage Defense” that children of deadbeat teenage fathers could use in their defense in patricide cases. This defense should even extend to cases in which a child of a deadbeat teenage father offs his stepmother.
I am not someone who condones or promotes violence, and I do not encourage anyone to commit murder even when they feel that it is justified. However, as I have followed the situation between Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston from its revelation to the public in 2008, it would not surprise me in the least if someday their son, Tripp, were to lose his temper and kill his own father, Levi; and I wouldn’t be able to hold it against him if he were to do the same to his trashy stepmother, Sunny Oglesby. Therefore, I think that it would only behoove legislators throughout our nation to pass a law that would create a Deadbeat Teenage Father’s Offspring Rage Defense that would keep someone like Tripp out of The Big House if his father and his stepmother were to push him to the point of his wanting to exact his rage against them in a homicidal manner.
Some people who are reading this Steemit article here of mine may be getting a good chuckle out of it. However, I am serious about what I am stating herein, and this topic is no joke. Some people may find teenage pregnancy and even pre-teenage pregnancy to be a laughing manner as it is presented in the YouTube video below.
A 12-Year-Old Girl Makes A Rant About Her Fake Pregnancy
Underage girls who actually find themselves in this same predicament do not find the humor in any of it, and the babies that they have also may become devoid of a sense of humor after dealing with their father’s nonsense for so long. Because African Americans have been wrongfully marginalized for way too long, it is good that the Black Rage Defense exists. When you consider the hardships and the prospective poverty that many children of deadbeat teenage fathers have to contend with in growing up, it only makes sense that our criminal justice system provide a fair way that these kids can be acquitted for patricide and even step-matricide if their fathers and their fathers’ trashy wives push them to the breaking point.
Bristol Palin’s son, Tripp, and Maddie Lambert’s daughter, Everly, are lucky that they both have mothers who have a reasonable amount of money to their name. However, even these two kids have more than enough to be furious about concerning their respective fathers, because their respective fathers have misused them as bargaining chips against their mothers; and such a disgrace could be enough to trigger either one of these kids off into a fit of rage against their respective fathers and their respective fathers’ present or future wives.
If you read my Steemit article titled “American Legislators Are Now Putting Age Limits On Legislating Love,” there is a video embedded therein from YouTuber The33Secrets in which he describes factual information regarding the hardships that children of single mothers suffer throughout life. This YouTuber does not merely give personal opinions of his in his video, but he actually quotes factual information that a government agency gathered together on this topic.
C. Religion Has No Place In This Discussion
I realize that I am probably going to get a great amount of hate from psycho-Christians who possibly decided to join the Steemit platform. They will likely babble on to me in the comments section of this Steemit article here of mine about how every child should “honor thy father,” because the Fifth Commandment of The Holy Bible states so. If you’re a psycho-Christian getting ready to give me that same sermon or lecture, don’t waste your time. I’m an agnostic, and that religious malarkey means nothing to me.
Moses was an inbred from Biblical times whose mother and whose father were aunt and nephew. You read it correctly. Moses was conceived as a result of incest. In other words, Moses’s mother was also his great aunt. Moreover, Moses’s father was also his cousin. Therefore, Moses never truly had a good idea of what a father really was. He had a confusing family tree. Given all of that same information, Moses could never have been in any position to deliver any kind of commandment to the world ordering everyone to honor their father regardless of their circumstances.
Moses was an inbred, and many inbreds suffer from mental, emotional and even psychological birth defects. Therefore, he could very well have hallucinated the entire Ten Commandments event described in The Holy Bible. To the best of my knowledge, no expert has ever authenticated the two tablets upon which the “Ten Commandments” were said to have been inscribed. In fact, only one of those tablets was reported to have been found, but nobody was able to prove that it was the real McCoy, if such a thing ever really existed.
The Israelis had no true understanding of how DNA and paternity worked back in Biblical times. Nobody knew what a chromosome was or what biology was all about back in those days, because there were no scientists in those days and nobody had access to any kind of academic publications that could explain any of these discoveries to them. Therefore, nothing in The Holy Bible could rightfully be applied to the topic that I am presenting herein. Back in those days, there were people stupid enough to believe that a woman could actually conceive a child if a ray of light came down at her from the sky.
Psycho-Christians only apply medical science to controversial issues whenever they find it convenient. For example, they will argue with you until they are blue in the face about how they feel that embryonic stem cell research is a form of infanticide, when they have no real evidence to back up their theories. They will terrorize people into believing that if they are a result of forcible rape, they have to send their biological fathers a Father’s Day card every year even while he is still serving time in prison for what he did to their mother. On the other hand, whenever a story about a Romeo-and-Juliet situation like that of Matt Koso and Crystal Guyer Koso surfaces in the news as I described in Part 2 and Part 3 of my Steemit article titled “Are All Teenage Fathers Pedophiles?”, these psycho-Christians will turn around and find some unjustifiable reason to have these couples’ kids’ taken away from them.
Psycho-Christians? Stay out of this argument, because this one is something that I feel strongly about. Religion shouldn’t dictate domestic policy here in the land of milk and honey. We are a secular nation that guarantees separation of church and state. Most of these deadbeat teenage fathers have never set foot in a church in their entire lives. Therefore, they should not benefit from a belief system in any way that they have never supported or believed in.
If the Deadbeat Teenage Father’s Offspring Rage Defense ever should become a reality, elected officials also need to pass laws that would guarantee an all-atheist jury to defendants in patricide cases in which this defense would be used, so long as they request one. In other words, we should not have any psycho-Christians deliberating decisions on these matters in our courtrooms here in the land of milk and honey.
D. My Conclusion To This Topic
The Black Rage Defense protects African Americans from going to prison for assaulting or even murdering someone who has driven them to doing so as a result of racial indignities. Our criminal justice system even affords the defense of diminished capacity to defendants in murder cases in some state jurisdictions. It is time that our nation’s elected officials enact laws that would provide what would be called a Deadbeat Teenage Father’s Offspring Rage Defense in patricide cases and even murder cases in which the victim is their stepmother.
