Isn't it so great to just laugh, feel good everyday and enjoy life?

Let me tell you, You should do it more often because it has a lot of benefits for your body, mind and spirit.

Laughter is one of the best medicines and solutions to release stress, pain and any conflict that may be going on in your life.

Here are some of the benefits that Laughter brings to your life everyday:

Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.

Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.

Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.

Laughter burns calories. OK, so it’s no replacement for going to the gym, but one study found that laughing for 10 to 15 minutes a day can burn about 40 calories—which could be enough to lose three or four pounds over the course of a year.

Laughter is the solution of almost every type of problem. It is more than a medicine. A dose of laughter can make a man smile whole the day an to forget all his problems at least at a time.
Buddy, if you have lots of money but you are not smiling then the whole money is waste but if you don't have money and still manage himself to laugh then you are the richest person.
Laughter is important for every single person on the earth.

I totally agree with you. Money does not by happiness and sometimes not even laughter. I think we should forget about everything sometimes and just have a good time and laugh.

Laughter is fun and helps to protect the heart

Is that from laughter directly or the emotion love? Just curious cause I believe a lot has to do with love. Been learning so much about it recently.

Well @javybar as i Told you early i am a Teacher by profession. Today i had a laughing therapy with my students. We discussed this topic in detailed and then later on we came out of the class and started laughing loudly. Other teachers and the watchman was looking at us. They must had thought we are mad :D :D :D

But seriously after that i felt i am relaxed and fully fresh.
Actually i am a patient of Blood Pressure too and this is the best medicine to maintain my level of blood .

wow very impressive information. I definitely renews our mind, body and spirit. I have people at work that complain a lot from the time they wake up till they go to sleep, I do laugh instead about anything else. Hopefully people will wake up from the way they're damaging themselves.

i think you are 1000% right and i noticed this thing that the mostly ills attack on us when we are in stress and a big connection is in which our body and our mind....poeple who dont get tention and not feel stress in life they always are look good and save from any sick and laughing is the more better thing to relase our stress....other wise there is no any medicine in whole world which release our stress
