The most impressive canyon in Central Europe - The Breitachklamm
Today i want to share with you some moments of the most impressive canyon in Central Europe.
The Breitachklamm is a stunning gorge in the Allgäu which was created by the mountain river Breitach.
It's located at the end of the Kleinwalsertal near Tiefenbach, a district of the municipality Oberstdorf.
This unique natural monument is the deepest and one of the most impressive canyons in Central Europe and is one of the most beautiful geotopes in Bavaria!
A visit is well worth every season - even in the rain, because the more water flows, the more impressive the Breitachklamm is.
The gorge is surrounded by many beautiful hiking trails.
So you can discover the beauty of this imposing canyon in different ways.
In addition to the mighty gorge and the impressive rock formations, you will experience impressive views of the mountains around Oberstdorf on the hiking trails.
