The steep bank of the Sukhona river in the Velikoustyugsky district. Vologda region, Russia

On the right bank of the river in this area there is the Shilengsky forest reserve.
Layered rock outcrops of the Permian period are visible, which consist of limestones and clay.
The height of steep banks in some places reaches 80 meters.
