It is just as normal moderator role. If you see anything unusual according to our policy, communicate in community. Give your suggestion for community growth. Make a close watch on things going on. Just as simple as you think. If you join as moderator, you will get 100% upvote. In future, definitely moderator will get more rewards than normal user.
