Keep Your Plugins Up To Date.

Staying Updated.

If you run your own business or company and have a website, or if you are an individual who posts from their own dedicated blogging site. (We use our own website to post to Steem, via Steempress.) Then it is vitally important that you keep your plugins, themes and system up to date.

The reason being, most plugins get holes in their security, these so-called holes can be a security threat as regards to potential hack attempts. Out of date systems, themes and plugins are a target for hackers as they tend to be easier to hack than up to date ones, where vulnerabilities and been identified and plugged (pardon the pun.)

So, just log in to the back office of your site and update everything. It's better being safe than sorry!
