A technologist is a specialist with extensive knowledge. He not only manages the entire cooking process, but also develops new dishes at every stage of the technical process, and also evaluates the quality of the finished product. The technician's task is to creatively develop and improve culinary traditions. Cooking is an art, and technicians perfect that art. It is important for each of us to eat healthy, tasty and enjoy food!

I think that the profession of a food production technologist is interesting, but no less complex and responsible than other service areas. Modern cooking is a great art. Even from the simplest ingredients, a technologist can create wonderful taste and aesthetic compositions that will satisfy the most demanding gourmets. At university I study various disciplines, but I especially enjoy studying the culinary arts of Russian cuisine! This is my motto as a future technologist.
Graduates of my university work in various catering establishments (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pancake houses, cafes). In addition to studying, students at my university participate in various competitions and olympiads in cooking.

They develop their own creative projects and websites, and participate in conferences.
