is Stellar GONE from Kraken?!

I recently become interested in Stellar (STR) and naturally I wanted to buy some on Kraken. After several attempts that led to Error 821 : "This is a catch-all error for when the exchange’s API returns an error but our system doesn’t understand what it means." , I decided it was time to just forget about cryptowatch and go full traditional and just buy the STR with a normal order directly off of my Kraken account.

Here I discover that this doesn't work either, because ... well, STR is nowhere to be found on the list of Currencies !!! I then googled myself to death to see if anyone else has had this same problem, but no results.

If anyone has any info on the matter, please comment. I haven't posted a ticket to Kraken yet, because they haven't responded to my prior one, concerning constant server errors. I think Kraken is amazing and I love their platform more than any other I have seen / worked on so far, but these days it is almost impossible to do any trading at all with their server crashing constantly, not to mention if their coins don't exist anymore !!
