다음 통계는 고객이 새로운 제품과 브랜드 정보를 가장 많이 접하는 매체에 대한 통계입니다. 아직도 상점에서 직접 접하는 비율도 적지 않네요.^^

인터넷이 TV광고와, 소셜네트워크가 잡지와 각각 비견되고 있으며 스타마케팅이 가시적으로 보이고 있습니다.
