Coffee Trung seems to be the creamy one because it has an egg and condensed milk incorporated. Like a meal in itself because it has protein already @gungho.
Well with a bit of research I got to learn about it. It is really interesting to know on how coffee preparations in Vietnam is unique because it never came to my mind an egg is added to coffee.😋👍
Yes, you are correct @cryptopie. The egg coffee is very creamy and satisfying. Since my kids don't drink coffee (because they're too young), there is another version of this drink. Instead of coffee, chocolate milk is substituted and then the creamy egg on top makes it so delicious. I bet you would like the taste, too.
