올해(25년) 11월 3일,
민주당은 정년연장특위 첫 회의를 열어서 법정 정년을 65세로 단계적으로 확대하는 방안을 올해 안에 처리하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

- 11월 5일, 한국노총과 민주노총은 올해 안에 만 60세에서 만 65세 정년 연장을 입법하라고 공동 기자회견을 열었습니다.

민주당 정청래 대표는 11월 6일 민주노총과 정책 간단회를 열었고...
연내 정년 연장 입법에 대해서 말을 아꼈다고 하네요.

청년 고용, 기업들의 입장, 노동계의 입장들을 충분히 인지하고 난 뒤에 공론화한 다음에 최종안이 만들어질 것이라고 하네요.

정년 연장하는건 어느정도 찬성합니다....
단계적으로 하겠다는 것도 괜찮네요... 임금 체계는 손을 좀 보긴 해야겠지만 말이죠
우리나라 중위 나이가 곧 50세라서 만 65세로 단계적으로 올릴 수 밖에 없죠...
그리고
만60세 이후의 임금 체계는 손 보는게 맞는 것 같아요.
