The rainbow salad you have made looks very appealing. I love with look the red gives to it. I also liked the ingredients you used for your salad. It makes it very filling and adds a healthiness to it. Inised potatoes sometime for my salad when I am not making just vegetables salad. Salads overall are healthy foods for us and the family and are full of Greta nutritional benefits as you have also stated. We should also eat hwlrhy as it’s good for our healthy.
