Embora não seja uma receita típica portuguesa mas sim brasileira (e também foi a primeira vez que fiz 😅) achei delicioso e que iria ser um bom substituto do arroz doce!! 😉

Ingredientes:

1 lata de leite de coco
1 pacote de natas
50 gramas de coco ralado
50 gramas de castanha de caju (preferência cru)
50 gramas de amendoim
1 colher de sopa de manteiga de amendoim
2 colheres de sopa de xilitol
1 colher de sopa de xantha gun (ou gelatina em pó)
Pau de canela e 3 cravinhos (opcional)
Canela em pó qb
E mais Canela em pó para enfeitar

Preparação:

Numa panela em lume brando colocar o leite de coco e as natas, aos poucos ir colocando os restantes ingredientes, ir mexendo sempre para não agarrar quando ganhar uma consistência homogênea e ligeira espessura desligar.
Deixar arrefecer um pouco, colocar em taças, polvilhar com canela a gosto e levar ao frigorífico 3 a 4 horas!

“Canjica“ Although not a typical Portuguese recipe but from Brazil (and it was also the first time I made 😅)
I found it delicious and it would be a good substitute for rice pudding!! 😉

** Ingredients:**

1 can of coconut milk
1 pack of cream
50 grams of shredded coconut
50 grams cashew (raw preference)
50 grams peanuts
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp Xylitol
1 tablespoon of xantha gun (or gelatin powder)
Cinnamon Stick and 3 Cloves (optional)
Cinnamon Powder
And more Cinnamon to garnish

Preparation:

In a pan over low heat put the coconut milk and cream, gradually adding the remaining ingredients, always stirring so as not to grasp when it gets a homogeneous consistency and light thickness turn off.
Allow to cool slightly, put in bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours!

Delicious! 🤤
