It is very important to control cholesterol levels. Because of this, there can be many problems in the body. Along with this, the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as heart disease and heart attack increases. However, some foods help reduce the level of cholesterol. 1. Green tea is a simple way to reduce the level of overall cholesterol and LDL cholesterol by drinking a few cups of green per day. The various components of the GreenTalk prevents the absorption of cholesterol in the digestive tract and helps in rationing. Also, the green rust prevents the accumulation of the plaque and reduces the risk of heart attack or stroke. 2. Kamala Juice Tukmiti is very useful in reducing the juice of orange juice cholesterol. Researchers say, orange juice hypercholesterolemia improves blood lipid profile. This is because the orange juice contains vitamin C. Flavonoid like phosphate and haspiridine. 3. Potassium is beneficial for heart health, monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and fiber in kalasham, which helps in increasing cholesterol levels of HDL and reducing bad cholesterol levels. In 2011, a research report published in the Nutrition Review said that eating almonds like potato helps alleviate the level of LDL cholesterol. This reduces the risk of coronary disease by 3 to 9 percent. 4. Oatmeal reduces cholesterol levels by eating oatmeal in the morning breakfast. Oatmeal soluble fiber helps reduce cholesterol levels. It reduces the absorption of cholesterol in the bloodstream. Playing regular oatmeal also reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

Great information but it would be better if you presented it using headers and footers. Maybe add a list too and space out the pictures better. Reducing cholesterol is very important if you have a high fat diet.
