BJJ Training Journal - 5/5/21 - Two a Day
I got a surprise when I went to the gym. One of my training partners was there hitting the bag. He wanted to practice takedowns and some BJJ.
We worked on double legs, single legs, hip sweeps, and arm bars.
After we finished I went to the beach to practice my breath hold and then went back to the gym for my second workout of hitting the bag and shadow boxing.
I was totally beat after. The workouts were awesome.
