I am still recovering from the strained muscle under my left shoulder blade.

I could not go at full weight because of the pain and tightness in that area.

I still got in a good workout as I dropped the exercises but increased the sets.

I had a hard time doing my shots as the toes on my lead left foot are bruised and strained.
