BJJ Training Journal - 2/15/21 - Light Workout
Yesterday was a slow day at the gym. I guess most people were doing something else with their friends and family.
I did my normal work out but dialed back the intensity as my stomach was bothering me.
I believe it is better to work out lighter and be consistent rather than rest if at all possible.
I am starting to notice that my muscle density is dropping as I get older.
