オープンしたばかりのベットラ金沢へ。スペシャリテの「新鮮なウニのスパゲティ」は何度食べててもやっぱり食べたい。昨夜は1階貸切のスペシャルディナーだったので、パスタは2種頂けました。カッペリーニも夏にピッタリで良かった。I visited an Italian restaurant “LA BETTOLA da Ochiai Kanazawa”. It opened on August 10th. We enjoyed dinner. One of them is “Capellini”. It’s a kind of cold dish spaghetti. It uses thin spaghetti and diced tomatoes on top. It is good for summer season. Sea urchin spaghetti is their specialty. There are a lot of sea urchins in this pasta. It’s nice and creamy.
