ブロックチェーン上のアプリケーションをランキングにしたり、
活動的なアプリケーションを紹介したりする
STATE OF THE DAPPS というサイト/メディアが最近話題になっています。

I heard that STATE OF THE DAPPS is recently hot topic.

STATE OF THE DAPPS では、ランキングに投票することができるのですが、
STEEMのサードパーティである @oracle-d が、
このランキングでSTEEM上のアプリケーションに複数投票すると、
Voteによる報酬を与えるというキャンペーンプロジェクトを行っています。

STATE OF THE DAPPS is now holding DApps voting Ranking.
And @oracle-d will vote you if you participate in the Ranking vote for STEEM DApps.

@oracle-d は本来、STEEM外部のビジネスやプロジェクトなどをSTEEMコミュニティと繋げ、
STEEMユーザがそれらのプロジェクトが求めるタスクなどに貢献すると、
Voteによる報酬を与えられるというスキームです。

つまり、STEEMコミュニティの創造的パワーを外部へ拡張させていくことが目的のサードパーティです。（このような外部へのSTEEMコミュニティの活用価値が高まると、STEEMエコシステムへの外部からの投資も引き込めます）

@oracle-d originally connects businesses/projects outside into STEEM community,
If the STEEM users contribute to the tasks required by those projects,
Users can be rewarded by Vote.

In other words, it is a third party that aims to extend the creative power of the STEEM community to the outside. (As the value of utilization of the STEEM community to the outside increases, external investment into the STEEM ecosystem can be gained as well)

それを応用して、今回のようにSTEEMコミュニティに投票を促すこともできるというわけです。
その結果、STEEMユーザがこの投票に参加するモチベーションが引き起こされ、SteemitはSTATE OF THE DAPPSのランキングでも上位になっています。
（ただしこのランキングは投票以外にも様々な指標により決まるようです）

By applying it, we can encourage the STEEM community to vote like this time.
As a result, STEEM users are motivated to participate in this vote,
and Steemit is the top in the ranking of STATE OF THE DAPPS.
(However, this ranking seems to be determined by various indices besides voting)

・ @steemauto ：STEEMのVoteの自動化やスケジュール投稿など
・ @partiko ：STEEMのスマホインタフェース
・ @utopian-io ：オープンソースへの貢献報酬プラットフォーム
