Today I went out for running after work.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

In the beginning of the workout, I was not able to increase pace, as I got a pain in my right side. But, because of that, I had enough energy left to increase pace in the final phase of the workout.
序盤は脇腹が痛くなったのでペースを上げることができませんでしたが、そのおかげで、終盤にペースを上げる余力が残っていました。

The average pace was just ordinary, but I think it was enough good result, considering that I ran on one-day rest after 32km running.
平均ペースは平凡でしたが、32km走の後、中1日ということを考慮すれば、十分いい結果だと思います。
