Today I went out for running after work. As yesterday I was able to finish 17 km running without getting another pain in my knee, today I decided to do usual 22K pace running.
今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。昨日は膝の痛みが再発することなく17kmを走り切ることができたので、今日はいつもの22kmペース走をすることにしました。

In order not to hurt my leg, I was careful to keep a good running form, even though the pace slowed down. As a result, the pace was ordinary, but I am gratified that I was able to finish 22 km running without trouble.
脚を痛めないように、ペースを落としても、正しいフォームを維持するように気をつけました。結果的に、ペースは平凡でしたが、無事に22kmを走りきることができたので満足しています。
