I'm off today. So I went out for running in the morning.
今日は休みだったので、朝からランニングをしました。

This morning was hotter than expected. Today's maximum temperature was 34.7 ℃. It was just like mid-summer. I managed to run 30 km with taking a rest many times. That was very hard workout.
今朝は思っていたより暑かったです。今日の最高気温は34.7℃でした。ほとんど真夏です。何回も休憩をとりながら、なんとか30km走ることができました。

And today I did a hypoxic training, too. In the evening, I went to the usual hypoxic training gym. It is the first time that I do both real running and hypoxic training within a single day.
