If you just posted something, there is a delete button... however if someone comments or votes before you can delete it, the delete button disappears. The alternative is to delete the metadata and change the title to Deleted (optional) but once that metadata is cleared, it will disappear from the blog here on steemit entirely and also from the Dtube channel (as not to clutter the channel with broken videos). It has to be done soon though, otherwise it becomes "archived" and then it REALLY can't be deleted and sticks around... until the steemit folks decide to add a true hide feature that (even though it's not deleted) puts it off the blog and out of reach, acting as a delete.. whew.
