I had a similar issue organizing my travel photos until I started using nixplay.com. I can upload shots straight from my phone and have them show up on my digital frame at home. It also lets my family see new pictures without me needing to send them every time. Makes sharing a bit more fun and less of a chore, especially after long trips.
