Chrome browser has a lot going for it. Incognito mode for one. It's easy to use and from what I see uses less power than Google. Google is power hog. runs down my lap top very quickly and slows everything. Chrome may be less prone to hackers.

    I also use incognito mode.
    It works well for us and that's what's important.
