Il batido rappresenta, nella sua giusta scala di valori, una delle cose che apprezzo di più di questi viaggi.
Da sempre.
Probabilmente per il grande valore che ha per me la colazione.
Non confondetelo col frullato nostrano, il batido è un'altra cosa probabilmente per la densità del frutto che viene utilizzato che nulla ha a che vedere con mela, pera e fragole.

Ovviamente occorre rispettare le stagioni, come dovremo fare anche da noi per frutta e verdure.
Ora, oltre al platanito, è il momento di guayaba e fruta bomba, probabilmente i frutti che mi piacciono meno.
Ovviamente il tutto con leche condensata.
Però è saltata fuori la "marmellata di mango" che nulla ha a che vedere con l'idea di marmellata che abbiamo noi, diciamo che è un concentrato.
Sopratutto nel patio c'è una pianta di guanawana, una delle poche rimaste in circolazione, soprattutto in città.
La famiglia nei rari momenti in cui la pianta da' il frutto lo mettono nella nevera in attesa del mio arrivo.
Sanno che adoro quel batido.
