Lo dico con cognizione di causa visto che opero nel settore turistico e coi bagnini collaboro ogni giorno.
Parlo di bagnini estivi ovviamente.
Ci sono, che io sappia, 3 modi per contrattualizzare un bagnino; ci si rivolge ad una cooperativa, assunzione diretta della struttura, tramite una agenzia di animazione.

Lo scorso anno in spiaggia avevamo il bagnino della coperativa, cubano di Gaston con cui mi sono rivisto a Cuba, in piscina due bagnini assunti dall'agenzia di animazione e uno direttamente dalla struttura.
Quest'anno ho una ragazza, fra l'altro in una piscina che non arriva a 1.60 mt, ragazza assunta dall'agenzia di animazione per cui opero e che risponde a me del suo lavoro.
NESSUNO dei personaggi e delle tipologie contrattuali si avvicina ai 2000 euro, neanche da lontano.

Gli stipendi girano intorno ai 1300/1400 euro al mese, poi dipende.
Se ti assume l'agenzia di animazione hai anche vitto e alloggio e questo puo' incidere sul compenso, se lavori per la cooperativa invece ti devi arrangiare, se ti contrattualizza la struttura, dipende.
Occorre anche dire che il bagnino di cooperativa non piega uno sdraio, gli altri anche n questo caso dipende.
Quest'anno si opera in piscina quindi la cura di sdrai e ombrelloni e' a carico della bagnina, mentre per ph e cloro c'e' una collaborazione col capo manutentore che e' qua' da anni.

Leggevo che qua' nel ravennate c'e' carenza di bagnini tanto che pare che al Lido Adriano, ad esempio, operino degli argentini venuti apposta.
Stipendi nella norma anche per loro come vi ho indicato.
E' vero che se ti fai 4 mesi di stagione potresti poi ambire alla disoccupazione ma anche in questo caso, dipende.

Comunque se un 50 enne e' senza lavoro si prende un bel brevetto e per almeno 4 mesi il lavoro non gli manca di certo.
In molti casi e' la voglia che manca.

I say this with full knowledge of the facts, as I work in the tourism industry and work with lifeguards every day.
I'm talking about summer lifeguards, of course.
As far as I know, there are three ways to hire a lifeguard: through a cooperative, directly through the facility, or through an entertainment agency.

Last year, we had a lifeguard from the cooperative on the beach, a Cuban from Gaston, whom I met again in Cuba. At the pool, we had two lifeguards hired by the entertainment agency and one directly from the facility.
This year, I have a girlfriend, in a pool that's not even 1.60 meters deep. She's hired by the entertainment agency I work for and she's accountable to me for her work.
NONE of the roles and contract types come close to €2,000, not even remotely.

Salaries are around €1,300/€1,400 per month, but it depends.
If the entertainment agency hires you, you also get room and board, which can impact your compensation. If you work for the cooperative, however, you have to make do. If the facility contracts you, it depends.
It should also be noted that the cooperative lifeguard doesn't fold a deckchair, but the others, in this case too, depend on it.
This year, we're working at the pool, so the lifeguard is responsible for maintaining the deckchairs and umbrellas, while the pH and chlorine levels are checked by the head maintenance technician, who has been here for years.

I read that there's a shortage of lifeguards here in the Ravenna area, so much so that it seems that at Lido Adriano, for example, Argentinians come specifically to work there.
Their salaries are also normal, as I mentioned.
It's true that if you work four months of seasonal work, you might then be eligible for unemployment, but even then, it depends.

Anyway, if a 50-year-old is unemployed, he gets a nice diploma and won't be short of work for at least four months.
In many cases, it's the desire that's lacking.
