American Green Inc (OTCMKTS:ERBB) hoping for a Green Rush in the marijuana Industry. Key palyers such as Terra Tech Corp and Cannabis Sativa Inc have had tremendous rallies.
American Green is banking on the Arizona marijuana market. In 2016, ERBB signed a Purchase Agreement for a Class A building in Tempe, Arizona that will be a prime location for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary it will lease to one of its license holder clients. Note it will be the only MMJ dispensary in a Class A building in the Phoenix area. The surrounding cities of Tempe, Chandler and Ahwatukee will provide the larger of clients for the dispensary. Located jsut off the I-10, the area is unconscionable and could produce milestone numbers based on existing patient counts in the area.
ERBB is focusing on the Phoenix market. The Phoenix-based indoor medical marijuana culture facility show encompass a 12,000 sq ft medical marijuana cultivation facility for the use by its licensed tenant-client ( Natural Herbal Remedies). Construction of the facility is already underway and American Green Premium marijuana products will be available to authorized Arizona buyers this coming year. 12,000 square feet the facility will cost approximately $1.4 million, the facility will produce approximately 200 pounds of cannabis material per month that will be sold as a combination of flower and extracts.
