@dandays... LOL. I bet he had a heavy Session with his buddies when they decided to steal wealth from the legal cannabis industry by reversing Obama's Cole Memo. It's sad to see how much power this one little man has over an industry in which the majority of people are OK with becoming legalized. This is purely a selfish personal passion of his and prosecuting the cannabis industry is a waste of money and resources.

Don't know if I agree with this, ignoring him or the situation is not going to make it go away. Voicing an opinion and sharing your thoughts on why he is wrong in the public space can help, we have to change the mindset of the mass population, then request policies change. He is one man with a wrong opinion, but collectively they do have the power to prosecute and thus take away people's resources that are working in the cannabis industry. Fighting a law suit, will only waste capital, resources and energy.
